Paul deeply taught that Jesus is the Christ prophesied in the Old Testament in each church and wherever he was. (Acts 11:26, Acts 15:35, Acts 18:11, Acts 28:30-31)
Acts 11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.
Acts 15:35 Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.
Acts 18:11 And he continued there a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them.
Acts 28:30 And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him,
31 Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.
Paul had Timothy teach the Saints again what Paul had taught them. (1 Cor 4:17, 1 Tim 4:13,16)
1 Cor 4:17 For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church.
1 Tim 4:13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
We are to teach and preach throughout the Bible that Jesus is the Christ. Through this teaching, we are built up whole in Christ. (2 Tim 4:2, Col 1:28)
2 Tim 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
Col 1:28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
