1. God is pleased with those who believe and seek Christ. (Heb 11:6)
    Heb 1:1-3, Heb 7:25, Heb 12:1-2

Man cannot meet God. But through Jesus Christ, who is the same as God, we can know that God truly exists. We can also come to God by believing that Jesus is the Christ. (Heb 11:6, Heb 1:-3, Heb 7:25, Jn 14:6)

Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Heb 1:1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:

Heb 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Jn 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

So, the forefathers of faith in the Old Testament waited and sought Christ. Now that we know that Jesus is the Christ, let us look deeply into Jesus the Christ. (Heb 12:1-2)

Heb 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
