1. Christ, the ruler over Israel (2 Sam 5:2)

In the Old Testament, God appointed David as the ruler of Israel after King Saul. (2 Samuel 5:2)

2 Samuel 5:2 Also in time past, when Saul was king over us, thou wast he that leddest out and broughtest in Israel: and the Lord said to thee, Thou shalt feed my people Israel, and thou shalt be a captain over Israel.

In the Old Testament, it was prophesied that Christ would come as a descendant of Judah and would become the true King. (Genesis 49:10)

Genesis 49:10 The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.

God has made Jesus Lord and Christ. (Acts 2:36)

Acts 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

Jesus is King of kings and Lord of lords. All things were created for Jesus, the Christ. (Col 1:15-16)
